Introduction

Welcome to ace96. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ace96 online gaming platform available at https://ace96.cam (the "Platform"), including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

ace96 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") operates this Platform as an online casino and sports betting service targeting players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Player", "User") and ace96.

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account created by a registered Player on the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — the transfer of real money from a Player into their Account using any accepted payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or certain account functions are activated.
• "Player" — any natural person who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Platform" — the ace96 website at https://ace96.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated services.
• "Services" — all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, loyalty programmes, and customer support services provided by ace96.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple of bonus funds that must be staked before such funds and/or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to their designated payment method.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with ace96, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ace96 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in compliance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not using the Account to facilitate third-party gambling activity.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from ace96 or had an Account terminated by ace96 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of ace96 or any affiliated company.

Registration & KYC

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Before your first withdrawal request is processed, and at any other time as ace96 deems necessary, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent official correspondence);
• Proof of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account showing the last four digits).

ace96 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and potential Account closure.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or distort game outcomes;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will not be paid out;
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any aspect of the Services;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts, ace96's internal systems, or any third-party infrastructure.

Deposits & Payments

ace96 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ace96 will not accept deposits from third-party payment methods, and any such deposits may be returned, with the associated Account placed under review.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ace96 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees for which ace96 bears no responsibility.

ace96 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it raises fraud, money laundering, or compliance concerns. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ace96 aims to process the majority of withdrawals within 60 minutes, with e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically completed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts.

ace96 applies a "same method" withdrawal policy where technically feasible — funds will be returned to the same payment channel used for the relevant deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be agreed upon during the KYC process.

ace96 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been provided or verified;
• The request triggers an internal fraud or anti-money laundering alert;
• The Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms;
• The requested amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, public holidays, or Malaysian bank maintenance windows. ace96 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace96 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and ongoing promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are used first in wagering;
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money stakes (unless the promotion specifies bonus-funds staking);
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply on winnings derived solely from bonus funds — this will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• ace96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to not disadvantaging Players who have already commenced wagering on a bonus;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ace96 sportsbook and live betting markets — including markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ace96 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error;
• In the event of a manifest error (e.g., a clearly incorrect price resulting from a technical fault), ace96 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market, and are displayed within the betting interface;
• In-play ("live") bet settlement is based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise specified for a particular market;
• For Mix Parlay bets, all selections must win for the parlay to return a payout. A void selection within a parlay reduces the parlay by that selection — the bet is re-calculated without the void leg;
• ace96 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or suspend betting markets at any time, including during periods of irregular betting patterns or data feed issues.

Responsible Gambling

ace96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. All Services provided by ace96 are intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

Players aged 21 and above only. ace96 maintains a strict minimum age policy and will close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age, returning any remaining balance to the Player after verification.

ace96 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from any Player's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — receive automatic notifications after a set duration of play;
• Reality Checks — on-screen reminders displaying how long you have been playing;
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, imagery, audio, video, game mechanics, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

In particular, ace96 makes no warranty, express or implied, that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any specific game outcome, odds, or result will meet your expectations;
• Any third-party payment provider, internet service, or software used in connection with the Platform will function without interruption or error.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ace96's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

ace96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Chargebacks filed against ace96 by the Player or their payment provider;
• Conduct that ace96 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or ace96's operations;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money Account Balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigations.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ace96's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ace96 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Amendments

ace96 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
